Meridian Parks and Recreation offers multiple seasons of Women's and Coed Volleyball Leagues.

Registration Process and Fees

To register a team for a league; complete a current registration form, a current signed official roster with a minimum of 4 players, team fee, and player fees, prior to the registration deadline. Spots are on a first-come, first-serve basis and not guaranteed until payment is received in full. Paperwork and payment must be received by the deadline and still have available spots open.

Team Fee: 

Current fees as of 9/2025

  • Fall - $350 per team
  • Winter - $350 per team
  • Spring - $315 per team

 

Player fees

Player fees are non transferable from player to player

  • Meridian Resident Player Fee - $10
  • Non- Meridian Resident Player Fee - $20

Roster Forms 

  • 2026-2027 Fillable Roster Form (Registration is accepted on a team basis only.) An official roster must have a minimum of 4 players listed on the roster at time of registration. 
  • Under 18 Parent/Guardian Waiver Player must be 14 years or older to play and must have a current release form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian if under 18 before allowed to play.
  • 2026-2027 Player Add-on Form

Ways to Register:

To secure your team's spot in the league, please complete the current registration form and roster form. After finalizing your paperwork, follow the steps below: Ensure all payments are submitted by the deadline along with the completed registration form, current roster form, team fee, and player fees.

  • Phone-In - Call 208-888-3579 to make a payment over the phone using a credit card. Please email the completed registration and roster forms to [email protected] beforehand.
  • Walk-In - Visit our office at 33 E. Broadway Ave., Suite 206, with your completed registration and roster forms. You can pay in person using cash, check (made payable to the City of Meridian), or credit card.
  • Mail-In - Send your completed registration form and roster along with payment to 33 E. Broadway Ave., Suite 206, Meridian, ID 83642. (Please note that your submission must be received by the deadline and there must be available spots.)

Must be received by the deadline and still have available spots open. Sponsorship payments must be in by the deadline with current completed registration form, current roster form, team fee, and player fees.

League Division Classifications

Free Agent

Don’t have a team? Please complete the Free Agent Form to be added to the list. This list can be used by team managers to pick up additional players (This is not a guarantee that you will get picked up.)

Game play days

Games are played on Monday - Friday starting at 6:00 p.m.

Coed Leagues: teams will compete on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

Women’s Leagues: teams will compete on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Generally, participation occurs once per week.

League Formats

  • Fall League: 9 regular season games plus a single elimination tournament.
  • Winter League: 9 regular season games plus a single elimination tournament.
  • Spring League: 8 regular season games plus a single elimination tournament.
  • Holiday Classic: 3 game guarantee.
